A standard exam fee applies to all visits, regardless of the time of day. Additional costs may be incurred for diagnostics, treatments, or procedures. Our team will always review recommended services with you and clearly explain their purpose before moving forward.
For pets in critical condition or those assigned a higher triage level, a STAT exam is performed. In these urgent situations, your pet is taken directly to our treatment area for immediate evaluation and care. The STAT exam fee includes one immediate diagnostic—such as oxygen level assessment, blood glucose testing, or an emergency ultrasound—if medically necessary.
Payment is due at the time of service. A 50% deposit is required for any procedure or diagnostic test performed on your pet.
We also offer discounts for Senior Citizens, Military Members, UNM students, faculty, and staff, Presbyterian Healthcare Employees, and Local Veterinarians. Proper documentation is required to receive these discounts.
